Megan Fox Will Not Appear In Transformers 3

It came to light recently that there is no part in Transformers 3 for Megan Fox. A brief war of words erupted between her and director Michael Bay, with crew members from the films posting their own responses, blasting the young actress. This may be seen as a detriment to the next Transformers film, but on the bright side, they now have more time to work on a script.

Megan Fox will not meet the eye in Transformers 3

There had long been rumors that Megan Fox wouldn’t be in Transformers 3. They aren’t rumors anymore. The 3rd installment can have to seek eye candy elsewhere. She hasn’t said what she’ll be doing instead, but no matter what it is won’t be going to acting classes. She won’t be getting any a lot more instant money out of the Transformers franchise, that’s for sure. According to the New York Daily News, someone from the Michael Bay camp supposedly confirmed it. Michael Bay himself has been silent about this, though.

Megan Fox maintains it was her idea

According to CNN, Megan Fox is saying it was her idea to not participate in Transformers 3. She maintains she was not fired, though the brouhaha between her and Michael Bay and the film crew in the press made her sacking seem at least plausible. Members of the film crew blasted her as a spoiled brat without talent in an open letter penned after her derogatory statements about Michael Bay were released in the press. Regardless if the Megan Fox has brachydactyly afflicted thumbs rumor was true, the film crew that enabled her to give a Razzie nominated performance has given her the finger.

What’s next?

Transformers 3 will probably be released by summer 2011. Summer is blockbuster season, after all. Fox has an upcoming role in Jonah's Hex, an action film starring Josh Brolin, adapted from a comic series by the exact same name. Obviously, she could be the female lead. I guess we’ll all discover out eventually if she shouldn’t have stayed.
