Since last September there are increasing auto revenue

The monthly auto sales have just been released. September auto sales have climbed substantially since last year. September 2009 was not a good month for auto sales. Just like home sales slumping following the expiration of the tax credit, the end of Cash for Clunkers saw automobile revenue drop off slightly. Ever since, car sales have been steadily going up. That said, August has been the banner month for this year. September sales slumped after August. The greatest gain in sales for the domestic brands was realized by Chrysler.

Since this past year, car sales are performing better

The Cash for Clunkers program ended this past year. This caused vehicle sales to go down. Ever since then, the auto industry has worked to try and get back up. The United States of America vehicle revenue are beginning to increase steadily since September 2009. The vehicle industry in total marked a 29 percent increase since last year, based on Automotive News. Domestic auto firms elevated. This was just realized. Ford sales increased by 40 percent. A rise was even had by General Motors. There was an 11 percent increase. Chrysler sales shot via the roof, as the business marked a 61 percent increase. Suzuki was the only company that did worse this year than last year.

Down this month

The increase may are good for the year, but the calendar month of September was slower than August. Many children are returning to school, and no one wants a new car loan if they have a tuition bill to cover. Chrysler gained over the year however marked a less than 1 percent gain since August. Ford had the best September sales with a 2 percent bump from August. In the last month, General Motors had revenue fall quite a bit. There was a 7 percent drop in sales. General Motors really did much better than Ford if you are counting volume. Right now it is just a percentage. According to Cable News Network, car industry insiders believe a good fourth quarter is coming.

Rebound might be slow but is occurring

The auto industry, along with many other industries dependent on consumer spending, has been rocked by the economy. It might be slowly happening, but it is being fixed. The economy will get better.
